Admin Permission Needed

I have had a few programs the stated I need Administrator Permission, I tried all the Google
programs, none worked. Is there a tried and true version that works? T.I.A.

If you own the computer, you should be the administrator.

Is this your system/network, or are you trying these procedures on someone else's computer or network?

 

just right click on the object and select ...... 'run as administrator'

 

He is logged in from a normal user account, most likely on a corporate/college network and wont be permitted to install anything without involving the network administrator.
Non of us know for sure until the OP answers the requests in our posts, but this raises a flag;
