admin priv

    Hello
    In Win 8 I want to get admin priv so I can see the contents of the imaging folders that say 'empty' when you hover but actually contain information.
    In Goggling, I found 8 ways but all seemed to be quite difficult. Do you have any easy suggestions once I am at the image icon to obtain administrative privileges.?

    What folder is it? [full path to the folder (i.e. c:\blah\blah)] I'm running windows 8 on my work computer, and I can check it there tomorrow.

    The location is any of the Win 8 native backup icons in "Computer".
    I solved it by clicking on continue even after the warning that I needed privileges. I guess I could have disabled UAC.
