Administrative Account Locked Out

  1. Hello Geeks,

I have recently did a clean install on a clients computer and I setup a standard user account so she is limited on certain functions due to here consistently getting viruses all the time. I was finding 25-30 a month. So I decided this will be the best route to curve that number to nothing. I do remote desktop access, so now I can monitor downloads. This is beside the point. I created this and then activated the hidden administrator account that is built-in to Windows 10 using the elevated cmd.exe and once I had it setup do the functions that keep a clean and maintainable computer I was trying to set a password through the command prompt and i.e. (net user password /active:no) then is said successful but now that it is hidden once again all the restrictions prevent me from activating it again through the elevated cmd.exe, because there is now only the "no" option available and no password address bar. My question is how do I reactivate it and set it up to where I have the password option prompt window so if she needs to download something I can just RDA in and type the password to allow the install? I was thinking to use the Windows 10 USB install drive and do the cmd.exe there but I can't seem to get to the root C:/ drive to activate the account. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance for all the input and feedback.
