    Info... Notebook PC Intro: HP Pavillion dv9500, 4GB ramm, Vista Home Premium

    I want to enable the built in Vista administrative tools module. I now have it on my Start/all programs menu, but when I click I get this... Windows Power Shell Modules, with a dos message "Cannot be loaded because scripts is disable on this system", and see "get help about signing" for more details.

    'Help' shows me nothing that looks helpful. Info & directions would be very welcome. Thanks.
