admins,mods and Kodo

jarcher I can't handle a title

I am a mod on a vb forum board and
I would like to make me a clickable title
but I cannot fo the codeing would make it too long
is a way to have a title over 25 characters?
is it in the permissions?
what do ou do?

and also after becoming a mod, I am having trouble posting in other parts of the forum. . .
there is nothing I can do personally, but I can pass along the info
its a fairly new board and they're haveing a bit of a time working out some bugs

any who if you find this
User Profile Options
in your configuration, you can adjust the title length.
as for the access problems you're having, it sounds like they are having issues with inherting rights to forums and what not. Access Masks must be on. When all else fails. start over by resetting the rights and spend the time to work it out.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Profile Options -> User Title Maximum Characters

it is set to 800, but I cannot get mine over 25
does me being a mod make a diff?
I never was able to custom untill I became a mod?

that doesnt answer my ?

what the deal is

I have set the user custom title length to 800
though I can only get mine to 25
now I just became a mod for a forum
and was just granted the ability to custom my title

I would like to be able to use BB code in make a hyperlink title
but I cannot do that with only 25 char.

is there a differant place to change the title length for mods?
users on the board have titles over 25, but cannot custom their own
all masks are on. . and I am at a loss due to my limited access
I have been asked to do the reserch for the board

if anyone can help me to relay the info, I would much appriciate it

clickable titles too. . .

I was suggesting that you type a title value directly into the databse, in which case you'd only be limited by the field type as opposed to the software enforced 25 char limit.

Obviously you don't have access to the DB, so this isn't a decent answer.

but there has got to be a way to get it right in the admin cp

and what hack was used here for the clickable title's?
