I have one person here in the office with the Touch Up Text button (advanced editing tool bar) in Acrobat 5 when it opens a PDF online.
The Acrobat program itself does have the tool bar, but when it opens an online PDF I cannot get it. I have 2 people that want to be able to do like the first person - pull up a PDF online and using the Touch Up Text button add notes.
They are all using the latest updated Acrobat 5.05, one person has the toolbar - 2 others do not.
It is not an option if you right click the toolbars when Acrobat opens in IE.
We can't figure out how the first person did it.
