Adobe Crashes

Adobe Acrobatic Reader D Keeps crashing.
I use Firefox, and Win 7

And you want to know what?

Many programs crash at one time or another.

I suggest you check first of all whether you have the latest version by looking at 'Help > Check for Updates'
If it shows updates available, install it.
If it doesn't do a clean uninstall of it, restart your system then reinstall it from a new fresh download.

 

For almost ten years now, you click Help -> Repair Installation which will repair the current installation; but, your exception c0000005 is a permissions violation so be careful, Adobe Reader may be protecting you from an attack.

 

I will try Help first, and if that does not solve the problem I will repost.
