Adobe Effects CS3,...issues,..

    hi all,..recently ive had the brainwave of creating a star wars flick,...now i know how to create the lightsaber beam,..and it looks pretty cool let me tell ya,..anyway my main problem is that when i try to integrate the video to the actual composition the video doesnt appear,..

    bare in mind that the file is in .swf ,...maybe thats the problem but again im not not 100% sure,..any advice would be great thanks!!!!
