Hey Eldon, or anyone

I am, again, trying to help my sister, and she is regularly getting a "crash" window popup in her games on Facebook. I'll attach a photo of "a" crash report, but it's generic, not off her computer. But I am wondering what to do about it, and I'm not understanding your thread.

I think I need to update her plugin, which is in Firefox 45. version and it is called shockwave. It doesn't list a plugin called Adobe Flash? I'm confused. Anyone?? Thanks in advance, Denise

Ok, gotcha Yes, I had "fun" uninstalling the ASK toolbar from my sisters pc last month or whenever that nightmare was, LOL!!

I believe Adobe Flash will install Google Chrome unless it is unpicked. I avoid Adobe flash and JRE like the plague now that html5 is up and running, but unfortunately change comes slowly in some quarters, not that change is always a good thing.

 

I don't know what either of those programs are, but I'll check them out. So far so good on my sisters games on Facebook, so if it works, I won't mess with it. Her and her boyfriend are really hard on the pc so there isn't much use "trying" to do much with it. They will end up just buying another.

I've had my laptop since late 2011, and it still works so well. But I really take the care of it I can. ty for the new info
