Adobe photoshop starter edition 3.2

I have a new computer and am trying to get all my old photos from the old computer to the new When i did my file transfer I did not have Adobe 3.2 installed on the new computer. I do now. I would appreciate any suggestions

 

What exactly are you attempting to achieve?

 

I am trying to get all the old photos that are organized into categories like family,friends,brother,sister,jewelry ect and transfer all the photos or the entire program to the new computer sao that all the photos are still organized

 

Sorry, but the transfer of programs between computers is normally impossible. I suggest that you order the pictures manually using folders.
