My laptop seems to have upgraded my Adobe to Adobe Reader DC which is fine until I try to print a pdf

Selecting the print option leads to my laptop totally freezing and I have to crash out - even my mouse won't work

Have I been dumb unwittingly accepting upgrades ?
What do I need to do to restore printer function?

    Thanks guys

Hi, PCdumbmom. Welcome to Major Geeks. :)

Try using System Restore to restore the computer to the time just before that Adobe update occurred. In the future be more selective about updates. Even some Windows updates have created problems for people.
