ads234.com has taken over

I followed all the steps in your read this first. I still cannot get my Internet Explorer to stop randomly going to ads234. I have tried various expensive and free programs to figure it out to get rid of this but all the software shows my system is clean.
I admit I do not know much about computers but I am desperate. I finally ran the hijackthis and got the following log:

Not according to what you posted. You MUST run ALL steps. You did not install and run:
- at least two online scanners
- Spybot
- MS Antispyware
- and you did not following directions in steps 7 for installing HJT and attaching its log

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
