Adult friendfinder search bar hi jack

Hi

have the most annoying popup for adult friend finder. I use Firefox but need to clean Internet explorer for others using my machine. I have enclosed the Hijack this log the "Searchbar" item keeps re appearing when fixed I assume this is tied into the infection somewhere.

Would really appreciate some help with this nasty
