Advanced Disk Cleaner

Does anyone know how to contact these people and actually get a RESPONSE???? After reinstalling this program after having a new hard drive installed, I contacted them every time I used the program (which was practically every DAY) for a "free" registration code, but got absolutely no response AT ALL. I even contacted customer service THREE times. I thought maybe it was my email client (I use AOL for most; no comments from the Peanut Gallery about that, please!), so I contacted them using both Yahoo AND Hotmail. Is this any way to run a business if you want people to continute USING your software and maybe BUYING one of your programs? Any help/advice would be appreciated, as I am ready to throw in the towel. I discovered this program years ago and always liked it and want to keep on using it!!

Yes, several times. Still no response. I finally decided to give up and use Glary Utilities.
