Advanced SystemCare 6PRO Windows 7 crashes bluescreen

I installed Advanced SystemCare 6 PRO on 3 computers 2 windows7 and 1 windows XP.When I runi it it crashes withe blue screen dumping memory and reboots.I also have BITDEFENDER total security 2013 on these 3 computers which I guess might be causing problem you guys know better then me.I did run it on one computer in safe mode and it did a complete scan.

Could you list the features of ASC 6 Pro and the settings you are using. If you could attach a screenshot of them that would help.

Assume it's a cleaner. The only safe thing to use a cleaner for is removing temporary internet files...

Very confident that your cleaner is removing necessary files...

 

I uploaded my screen shots I also just tried something my bitdefender 2013 total security is now running in user mode with only 3 things antivirus, firewall and uptates I did one scan and it worked.Wha is the best virus scan to use with
ASC 6 Pro?

OK...I wasn't aware that ASC 6 Pro has security (A/V) protection. Maybe you had a confilct between BitDefender and ASC 6 Pro.

I guess the only way to know is to continue running the configuration you have running now to see if it continues without the blue screens.

Not sure about the best to use with ASC 6 Pro. Perhaps someone will come along with the answer...
