    Hey all,

Looking for some advice on a netbook or small (under 13") laptop with a blu ray player for my sister to use to wirelessly connect to her soon to be purchased hdtv. The idea is to use the laptop and a sound bar so basically a no component setup. Looking to go on the cheap side, preferably under 500, however I'm having trouble finding one and dont really know what hardware is required to run Blu Ray well. Thanks for any advice--Strat.

If you want an internal optical drive, then forget buying something below 13". Netbooks and ultralights in 99% of the cases do not include optical drives.
The ultralight Toshiba Portage R700 series includes an optical drive but I don't think it is blu-ray.
