Advice on securing my computer

Hi, I am trying to secure my pc the best I possibly can and would like a little advice. Before you link me, I don't just want the How to Protect yourself from malware! page. I want your actual opinions and your best experiences. So these are a few of the specs and what I've done so far.

OS: Windows XP Home
Router: Linksys WRT54G ver.8 with wireless function off and firewall on
Windows Updates: Current

Current Installed Applications:
Nod32 Antivirus
Comodo Personal Firewall
Spybot S&D w/ Browser Helper Enabled
SpywareBlaster w/ all protection enabled
CCleaner
Wise Registry Cleaner
Ad-Aware <---- I don't use this much, should I?

Questions: Am I protected enough? Are there any certain settings in any of these programs or in my router that I should have on? Are there any other programs that I should consider installing?

Another favorite of mine is EMCO Malware Destroyer, and it is so quick! http://www.majorgeeks.com/Emco_Malware_Destroyer_d5289.html

All of these are freeware.

I use Ad-aware weekly, but keep it up to date or it's pointless. Same with them all really. I also use a lot of what you have too. I have been using CCLeaner Slim for a long time but also use MRU-Blaster alongside it - again, they remove different things. Again, freeware.
