    Hi everybody,

    Thanks for taking the time out to help people :)

    My neighbor just got a used computer that came with many gifts, I tried removing as much stuff as I could, but this betterinternet junk is sticking.

    Attached is my hijackthis log.

    Download the following file, after download is complete run the uninstaller. When uninstall is complete reboot and procede with the below online scans.

    Download Uninstaller


    TrendMicro Online Scan
    Bitdefender online scan
    RavAntivirus online scan <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC
    TrojanScan online scan

    After you complete the above steps, reboot and post a fresh HJT log.

    I read that mypctuneup has spyware in it....oh well, here we go!
