Adware problem... grrrr here are my logs plz

Here is the deal, I dont know why this site is full of adware or something but from now on I am going to avoid the site, I used to go to ps3news.com and every time I go to it, when im done on it/during it, my virus scanner pops up saying adware this and that etc.

Even when im off the site the virus scanner will pop up showing stuff.

Does anyone know how to avoid all that from that site? Im staying away from that site from now on.

I followed the instrucitons and here are my logs, plz help me get rid of these problem if I didn't already with the instructions from the read me topic.

also I believe I have unneeded processors running on start up...

if possible can you also plz help me on how to disable those if any so my pc can run faster on start up?
