Adware Removal Help Please...

I have an annoying piece of Adware that keeps popping up that wants me to buy some software because my PC is infected. I have run all the apps as per the how to along with the AVG Anti-Rootkit. The root-kit did find something and removed it.

I did notice a couple things in the hijackthis log that looked like they should not be there but I'm waiting on some expert advice before proceeding with there removal.

Please run the correct version of the READ & RUN ME which is the one that is always here on line. You are way out of date.

Also delete the crack file like below:
C:\Users\Steve\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local Folders\Deleted Items\3FCB6964-0000257E.eml[Windows XP Fix.exe][Windows XP WGA Activation ( All versions )/Windows XP Activation Crack/X86/antiwpa.dll]
