adware spyware SE is a scam

well I downloaded adware spyware from download.com, should have looked at it more carefully, thought it was ad-aware, well I would recommend not downloading it, it really doesn't do what it should, I found that using spysweeper or spybot or ad-aware, does a much better job. I think when I downloaded the adware it also attached spyware with it, and in order to remove the spyware you have to purchase the registration number, which like a dummy I fell for and now I cant get a refund, the e-mail address that they list doesnt exist, and you cant even get a hold of their support, you send the support an e-mail and immediately they send a reply that they will get back to you, well guess what? they never got back to me, so if anyone out there see's this phony spyware removal I would recommend not buying it!!!!!!!
