Adware.Virtumode detected in iifdaxy.dll

Hi,

Recently, My mother's computer has been acting up. I have had to fix a few problems, but this one is eluding me. I used ewido anti-spyware and I keep on coming up with this (from a saved log):

I haven't been able to get rid of it. If I quarintine it, another one just replaces it. I cannot delete, or find a valid fix. Does anybody think they can help me out with this one?
