It looks like you did not follow all the steps in the READ ME. At least not properly, as you will see below.

You need to empty your Norton Nprotect as requested in step 0 of the READ ME.

You did not uninstall the below as requested in step 0 of the READ ME! Uninstall them now.

You need go back and run CounterSpy again and this time have it fix all the problems that it find. You told it to ignore eveything. There is no sense in running the tools unless you allow them to clean what they find. Run it again and attach a new log showing that your fix the problems.

Your HJT log shows both Symantec and McAfee Antivirus applications. Are they both still installed? You must only have one antivirus. In addition you also have VCatch - The Virus Catcher installed. This could be considered a 3rd antivirus and it could conflict with Symantec. Does your Symantec application proctect your emails already?

Your logs reveal that you are using Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.3 which is more than two years out of date and is not what we gave to you in the READ ME. Uninstall your old version, reboot, and then install the correct version as given in the READ ME.

You did not install the current version of Sun Java as requested in the READ ME. Yours is way out of date!

You also need to go back and follow the directions for using both GetRunKey and ShowNew. You did not extract the files from the ZIP as requested. Then attach new logs from both GetRunKey and ShowNew.

You also installed HijackThis incorrectly. You have it here:

C:\Program Files\analyse.exe

You must create a subfolder named HJT and have it installed like this:

C:\Program Files\HJT\analyse.exe

Fix this now but you don't have to attach a new HJT log yet.

You Windows Version is way out of date and is a major security risk. After we remove your malware, you must get updated.

Now download HOSTER and then follow the below steps.

• Unzip Hoster to a convenient folder such as C:\Hoster
• Run Hoster.exe, click Restore Original Hosts and then click OK.
• Click the X to exit the program
