After effects of Malware removal

Read and followed the instructions and i'm posting my logs here to try and see if someone can help me work out what the problem is

The Task Manager problem is resolved, but the other .dll problem is still there

Also, if anyone can recommend me any action based on these logs for general cleaning for my computer, it would be greatly appreciated as i have never done anything like this in 3 years of owning my laptop. Mainly because i've never had problems before and i've always kept it relatively clean with defrags and spyware removal.

I've tried uploading the Combofix file but it says i've already attached it??
