Hoping you can help. I removed antivirus .net from my computer. Now my IntuitSitebuilder will not open. The program is still there. I just cannot get the shortcut to launch or the program to launch from the program file.

I have been working on this website for two months and I am about two days away from publishing it. Intuit has zero answers, uninstall and reinstall is the only answer I am getting which (and not that I know much), I think, means I lose everything. Please help.

I know this may move my place in the queue. But, I thought this information might help. I found instructions from Intuit about how to save the work you had already done and then download a clean version of Sitebuilder. (.pdf attached) I followed the instructions to a T and the program still will not open. I then downloaded the .zip drive and tried to do it from there. Below is a log, I think, that was in the extracted zip drive file after it wouldn't open. It is title Package PL file.
    Thank you, Laurie

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

We can help you with malware removal, but we cannot help you fix an application that may have been broken by something you removed on your own before coming here. That would be something you need to resolve with Intuit or in our Software Forum. My suggestion would be to undo whatever you did on your own that cause the problem to Intuit. Sounds like you removed something it needs ( maybe even something related to .NET Framework). Perhaps even using a System Restore point could help.

If you want to properly check to see if you PC has any remaining malware issues, the below is your starting point:
