After running Search and Destroy,I can't open program

Hello.

After running S and D yesterday and I can't open programs.
It seems it successfully removed " MotiveReport Agent" but now
everytime I try to open any icon to start program, like Fire Fox,
" Open with " window pops up.
Tried to open Search and Destroy too, but no avail.

I can't even open System Restore, even on Safe Mode.
I do not know what to do.
My OS is Windows XP Service Pack 3.

I've just installed Spybot again, and recovered whatever I removed yesterday.
Now everything opens with exception of getting " MotiveReportAgent" window back.

All I have to do now is to remove this " Motive" thing.
I will be more careful what to remove from the scanned list.

1. If you run into problems trying to run theREAD & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
