After trojan cleaning: Can someone make sure I really am clean?

Hi MG. I was hit with a lot of trojans three days ago. A serious bunch of them. I went to Read Me First, did what it said, and eliminated what seems to be all of them. The puter's happy and quiet, she has no browser redirect problems now, and I was able to open and run stuff like Malwarebytes ok after doing Chaslang's advice. There is one small issue left - IE history doesn't last as long as it used to, and I have to keep re-entering my usernames and passwords at all the sites I visit. This isn't a big deal, small price to pay for having my computer back. But I don't want the trojans etc. to return. Don't they replicate and come back? Can one of you look at my HJT log and make sure I'm clean? I also have a Malwarebytes log saved on my desktop, too, in case you need to see it as well. Cheers, and thanks for all you lot are doing.
