What Windows version are you using?

If XP make sure your logged on as Admin

If Vista try installing the setup file by right click "Run as Administrator" http://www.ageia.com/drivers/drivers.html

To take full advantage of the PhysX engine you need a PhysX card, but I know that Ageia's PhysX engine software driver installed for me for Tom Clancys Warfighter2, installed the top driver from the Ageia drivers page.

I use Windows XP Professional SP2 and I'm the administrator.
If I run it with "run as...administartor", i have the same problem.

    Hi

Try this download the http://www.ageia.com/drivers/PhysX_7.11.13_SystemSoftware.exe driver to your desktop, then right click the .exe and choose Create Shortcut ( this will place a shortcut to this file again on your desktop ) , then right click the shortcut and choose Properties, at the end of the Target line enter a space then this /quiet so the line should read \Desktop\PhysX_7.11.13_SystemSoftware.exe /quiet

    then doubleclick that shortcut.

If latest driver dont work try same with one of the older ones.

    HI

Try same and install as normal and also with the /quiet switch but boot into Safe Mode to install using the two methods, sadly my last option that i can think of.

I had a look at the drivers folder I have , I have this ones saved and likely would have installed at some point, its older than the ones on Ageia's website so I uploaded it here for you http://www.mediafire.com/?2audx2xxdm0 ( 35mb version PhysX_7.06.25_SystemSoftware ) worth a try.
