Agent EKY

Using norton and AVG both detected 7ac31c19.dll and agent EKY as a trojan .....how can I get rid please

thanks Abri interesting reading it was really not for me was helping some one and I found it was in quartine in nortons and avg was picking it up ,will get him to delete it in quartine :wave
