Ahhh! Puter is having a nervous breakdown!

My computer is having all sorts of problem. IE won't let me click buttons like login or things like that. chrome won't do it either though you can do more thing in chrome than can in ie. tried to download flash player again but it won't download, lots of registry errors can't clean off. Processes between 70-99 percent can't get down. ETC.........AAAAAGHHHHHH!!!! I need Help Bad!:cry

Did your problems start all of a sudden or slowly develop?
Do you have antivirus software installed on your system? If so, which one(s)?
When is the last time you scanned your system for malware?
What version of which operating system are you running?
Assuming that you're running Windows, do you have the same problems in Safe Mode?
Did you recently install any new software (including Windows Updates)? If so, what software?
