AIM or AOL hacked?

hows it going guys, I have run into a situation with AIM. For the past couple weeks i have been getting a system error message from AIM, saying that i am Logged on AIM in 2 different locations, and to reply with "1" to log the other account off....So this popped up one day wile i was at my girlfriends, so i couldn't "press 1". On my way home she called and asked me if i sent her a email while i was at her house. Of course i didn't. she told me who else it was sent too, and it was everyone in my email contacts list...i got home and

ran Spybot, Supper Anti Spyware, Malwarebytes' anti malware, and Avast!

After i deleted all the findings, restarted my computer a few times, and i changed my Password. And about once a day i still get the AIM system error message telling me my AIM is logged in at 2 different locations. I dot have AIM on my phone, so i know it isn't that. And i have changed the password now 4 times, so i know it isn't a case of a different computer that i have used may have saved my originally password.

what do i need to do?

 

Change the password using a known clean computer.

I agree with sikvik. go through the steps to clean your system first before changing password as it sounds like there is a keylogger on the system and its recording every password you put in.

If you have got access to a clean system change your password on that and then watch if you get the message again.
