AIM Problems

    So everytime I get on my AIM account it pops up with no problem, but when i try to IM someone or someone IM's me, AIM signs off immediately. I have tried the AIM fix multiple times, uninstalled and installed it again, and searched for virus's multiple time and nothing works. please help me. If it helps i have not downloaded anything from the time it started and i have Windows XP.
