.albm file extension

I have a file, an .albm, that I can not open because it isn't recognized by my computer. I had looked online with HP being the originator of the extension for photo processing but I do not have the HP app anymore. Is there anything else I can use to look inside and get the photos?

I've read that Konvertor might be able to handle the files - looks like it's a time-limited shareware, but you've got 30 days to use it before it cripples.
