All Bad!!! Major Hard drive cleaner mistake

I down loaded a hard drive or some sort of drive cleaner and now I cannot print or down upload photos from my Camera and who knows what else isn't going to work. When I boot my computer up I get an error real play.exe DLLC:\program files\common files\real\plugins\smlf3260.dll. I am not sure if I am posting in the right spot here so if someone can help me please confused

 

I did try a system restore and it erased the program I used which I got here and I don't remember the name but I belive it is from the same developer as the ccleaner. And I didn't take the appropriate steps while setting that up as suggested. System restore helped some but not with the previously listed issue it keeps coming up

 

I am in the process of re installing it now. I'm a mobile guy like T-Mobile internet so it is slow. Really slow. I live out in the country and just haven't gotten the inet hooked up out here lately. I also work as a contractor so it is kind of nice having the access in the field when I am not down loading whatever it isn't so bad but the T-Mobile thing is definitely slow. Did I mention that I love you guys. :major

 

My print jobs are being background printed instead of being printed on paper what ever that means(canon ip90). The adobe photo shop is giving me a general error: invalid file dsn- It also said something about a corrupt file or something.

 

Sorry. I got a little excited there actually getting some help seems to be getting rare these days. as far as I know my real player is up and going but I will hae to restart my computer. The printer is my mager issue as it is how I write up proposals and contracts. It was working fine prior to my running the cleaner so that changed some sort of setting.

 

OK I restarted my pute. Got the same original error. I tried to open the realplayer10-5gold program and got this message. Cocuments and settings\my name\desktop\realplayer10-5GOLD.exe is not a valid Win32 application. I do now recall when running the cleaner I had to spend about 45mins helping it to delete. I got alot of messgaes not allowing me to delete some of the win32 applications and had to press ok to continue. I don't believe that those got deleted but I do think that others were allowed to be deleted or accessed automatically. I am hoping that win32 is a xp application and not an office app as I have the xp software to reinstall and not the office discs. Any help please. I remember thinking at the time that when I saw the win32 files being deleted I shuld probably make a note of that. rolleyes I have to believe that if I would have dumped all those win32 files that the pute would not run at all. Major atta-dude gets a major attaboy from me. I haven't downloaded the adobe yet but its next. I don't get the real player message at start up and my printeris working. At least it was I haven't tried it since I ran the ccleaner. I can't imagine that it has changed anything as it was never a problem before. Thank you so much Major Attitude.:major
