   I apologize if I don't have the right forum. Please direct me to the correct one if this is in the wrong place.
   
   For about a month now my browsers (Opera, Google, Firefox) have been operating in slooooooow motion. Also, I am unable to run flash video in many cases. That error says the flash player is not up to date. But when I go through the steps to update it, it still does not play. Any help with either would be greatly appreciated.
