All running programs---

There is a list of all running programs that I have seen and used before and cannot remember how to find it---not msconfig---a list that I can click on to enable or disable a running program---can someone refresh my memory and help me find this list?---many thanks!

yeah may be it's list of services, but some times it's hard to choose what of the must to enable or disable.
