Allocate bandwidth sith snmp?

    Hi,

    Is it possible to allocate bandwidth using snmp?

    Im doing a bandwidth management project for a lan where i would have a web ui displaying information about the network, (graphs etc).

    I want to be able to allocate certain amounts of bandwidth to certain interfaces with php and snmp.

    Is this possible?
