Allowed my computer to come under attack.

Hello, unfourtunatly i accidently downloaded some spyware and a virus, i've managed to kill the bulk of it but there are still some things left over.

Symptoms:

I get a little triangle in the corner telling me i need a special spyware remover.

I Can't get onto Control panel, it says a problem about Rundll.exe, and also that i have restirctions on my computer disabling it.

I get constant internet spam.

Spybot comes up with Win.agent.32 and a whole load of errors,

Next thing i will try is using trend micro housecall online and getting rid of win.32. worm. then i'll post back, but any help with how i will get my computer back to normal is greatly appreciated.
