Almost finished removing SphSheriff--Need a little more help

I recently removed Spysheriff from my computer by using a combination of
HiJack This
Ewido Security
CCleanup!

I still have two more small problems

1. Spysheriff still has my Task Manager disabled
2. Secondly, there is a folder in C:\Program Files\SpySheriff that is empty and I cannot delete it. I get a message box saying that Access is denied.

I cannot delete any running files because SpySheriff disabled my Task Manager

You have not completed our standard cleaning process, we request that everyone do this before requesting help. This will put your computer in a known state.

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
