Almost Finished Script! Need Help!

Greetings everyone,

I'm almost finished with my script. I used these two tools to accoplish my script:

Here's what my script looks like:

hstart /NOWINDOW /D=c:\scripts "C:\scripts\WAV.EXE c:\scripts\mywav.wav /q"

It works except that the command prompt (the black screen) pops up and then closes. What commands or arguments am I missing in order for the command prompt to be completely hidden? I could use some advice. Thank you in advance.
