also i cant use messenger or anything its annoying... i'm no computer expert nor am i totally illiterate... but it would be cool if you have any advice i can follow!

If you don't want Windows Messenger or MS Messenger, then go to "My computer", click the "C" drive, then click the folder that says "program files". (You may see a message that says those files are hidden, just click the "show files link".). Once you are in the program files folder, find the "Messenger" file, and rename it "MessengerDisabled". To rename the file, simply right click and select the option.
