Can anyone please recommend an alternative for IE? I have been fed up with it. Cheers.

Obviously you have not tried 'Firefox.' I got rid of IE long ago and have NO problems with 'Firefox.' I also got rid of 'Outlook Express' and went with 'Thunderbird,' the e-mail companion to 'Firefox.' There are other free ones out there, but this is the only one that I have had any experience with. Here's the link and I hope it helps. http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

I used Opera briefly, but my personal preference is Firefox. I have to go through the IE troubles at work everyday. It is refreshing to go home and sit down to a nice browser. I also use the Thunderbird email client. I recommend Firefox.

I use Mozilla 1.7.6 under the Mozilla Public License project.
    Very convenient to me..

Another Firefox fan here. I've been using it since around v0.9. I'm now on v1.5 and I only use IE6 if I absolutely have to (for example for Microsoft Updates).

Secure, convenient and tabbed browsing is brilliant
