Altnet and other spyware

Hello,

I have a problem with altnet. It will not let me remove it no matter what type of scan I use. I did do everything in the read & run me first guide. I also have this log from panda scan. The online bitdefender scan did not work for me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, AVG finds a virus once every 10 minutes. I just heal them, but when I do a virus scan later, It doesnt find anything. Whats that mean?

Welcome to Majorgeeks!

Did you happen to look in the ActiveScan log? You have a SpywareQuake infection (and others). You need to run another sticky thread procedure.

SpywareQuake & SpyFalcon Removal Procedure

Then attach the smitfiles.txt log. What do you mean Bitdefender did not work? Please be more descriptive on what happens.

Also complete step 7 of the READ & RUN ME and attach a HijackThis log.

Okay well I have gotten Bitdefender to work, and I am running that scan at the moment. Its going to take about 7 hours according to Bitdefender. When it is done, I will do the steps to remove SpywareQuake. I will also attach my Hijack This log.

Just make sure you complete the SpywareQuake procedure before getting a HijackThis log.
