Alureon - won't boot - FRST file attached

Trying to fix a friend's computer.
Wouldn't boot, kept going to Startup Repair. Could not be fixed automatically.
Did System Restore and was able to get Windows to boot.
Windows Security Essentials detected Alureon infection.
Tried to remove with Windows Defender Offline. Said it was removed, but now keeps going back to Startup Repair. Original System restore point is gone now, tried next one, still won't boot.

Attached is fixlist.txt

• Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
• You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (How to attach)

Now attempt to boot normally.

Prior to your post, my friend requested that instead I use the recovery discs to reinstall windows.
I was able to complete that after your reply, however since it seems this thing can remain in the boot partition, I ran a new FRST.
It is booting fine now, but want to make sure this is good before moving on to more scanners/etc.

One thing I just noticed is the time apparently has changed since last night.

Not sure about the time issue but this log is clean.
