am2nf4g-sata2 help with speed up board

I have an am2nf4g-sata2 motherboard
With 2 gigs of ddr2
I have 2 gigs of ram PC2-6400 (DDR2-800) 5-5-5-15 Dual Channel
and amd athlon 3800x2. 64 cpu
I'm using 128 onboard video
Sony dvd rw dw Q-120athat I updated it's firmware

It seems to start up quite slow

Is this board a slow board can anyone tell me the best overclock settings to set the bios and what I should disable for faster speeds etcs

Will a later asrock board run faster.
