amazon not working

not sure where to post this
I need to make an order from amazon,asap and I cannot get any of the buttons to display, I get to browse the stores, pick my items, but when I go to pick an address to where it goes, no address shows up
I've registered this complaint with them, I'm just looking for a solution.
I cleared my history and used CCcleaner, I'm not sure if I have a wrong setting or it's their site
any ideas?

Have you tried other browsers? Do you have any add ons that could be filtering those fields out?

I have no idea what addons are or if I have them how to edit them or settings,

I went duh when you asked about other browsers, I used FF and I switched to IE8 and that worked fine....looks like I have something wrong with FF.... this hasnt happened on any other site that I recall.

Glad IE worked for you.

If you click on 'Tools' you'll see 'Add-Ons' in the drop down menu. Click on it and see if you have any installed.

I actually buy stuff from them all the time. If you could post a picture of the fields missing, I imagine I could help you.
