It's summer, and if there is one thing my pc doesn't like, it's high temperatures.

I have bought this desktop cooler. It has a water supply, the water gets absorbed by paper and two fans blow through this paper which results in cooler air then a normal fan.

Since I've placed the cooler in front of my pc, my question is if this air isn't to humid for my pc? I don't like to have a rusty pc after all ;-)

    Thanks,

I dont think I'd put that anywhere near my PC.
I'd say before your PC rust's the moisture will fry something.
Water/Moisture doesnt work too well with electronics like a computer.

I agree with asus why dont you try adding an extra fan or tidying the wires up for better airflow,If you would like some help getting your temperatures down posts your specs/current temperature and a picture of the inside of your case.

What symptoms are you having of overheating,it may not be temp related :)

Water and fans, don't do it, there is a reason, they suck the water out of computer room cooling.

Even a cheap water cooler such as the Aquagate is a better option:

They come in a 120mm version as well, nothing flash, but are self contained, cheap and better than air fans.

Prices are in Australian, so cheaper for US folk.
