AMD 64 FX 4GB RAM @ ASUS SK8V ... Problem

    Hi, i have a big problem with my new hardware:
    AMD 64 FX-53
    4GB REG ECC Corsair RAM
    ASUS SK8V Mainboart
    the problem is that wen i turn on ECC the system begins to be instabill, an fail sometimes to boot.

    Could some one help me please.
    And cound some one recomend ma a goog Testing software for the CPU and RAM.
