    ASUS MajorGeek

Would it be improvement yes, Nforce chipset is said to be better for gaming, (I'm not really a gamer) Big improvement probably not.
Is it worth it? Too some, the slightest improvement is worth everything, there is always something better faster, blah, blah, blah.

Adding more memory would help more than the mobo swap?
I havent run either of these mobo's, although I do have a Gigabyte mobo with Kt 600 chipset & Asus mobo with a Nforce chipset, both work well cant notice one too be much better than the other, never benchmarked either.

Maybe someone else will toss in Two Cents
