Amd radeon 7400M not working

I have hp pavalion g6 1118tx and i upgraded my laptop from windows 7 to windows 8 now i see in device manager Amd radeon 7400m has exclamation mark
and i get this error : Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) in properties

please help me asap :cry

Try the SP59147 driver package from HP.

 

i installed it but still the driver is showing error : Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) and having problems in games

ok so this is how i solved the problem
first i right click the amd driver and uninstalled it and as then i clicked scan for hardware change it refresh and installed automatically and now it is working fine thanks for helping me
lol its 3rd time i posted thread and solved it myself
